Start with a clear diagnosis

Not sure what’s going on? Our diagnostic visit is a top-to-bottom check of your pump, filter, heater, plumbing and electrical. We’ll explain what we find in plain language, so you know exactly what your pool needs.

Honest options, every time

Before any pool repair begins, you’ll get a plain-language explanation and upfront pricing. Our goal is the right fix for your pool and your budget: a single replacement part when that’s all you need, or an upgrade like an energy-efficient variable-speed pump or LED lighting when it will save you money and hassle over time. FAQ

Common questions about repairs

What pool equipment do you repair?

We repair and replace pumps, filters, gas heaters, heat pumps, salt cells, pool lights and automation systems. If you have an issue not listed, please ask us!

Should I repair or replace my pump?

It depends on the pump's age and what's wrong. A worn seal or motor bearing is usually worth fixing. An older single-speed pump may cost more to run than replacing it with an efficient variable-speed model. We'll give you both options and the costs.

Do you charge for a diagnostic visit?

Yes, diagnostic visits are charged at our normal labor rate. If our quote is accepted, the diagnostic fee is waived.

Do I need to be a weekly customer to get repairs?

No. We do repairs for any pool owner in our service area. However, our recurring maintenance customers are given scheduling priority.
